Joan Carolyn, the Congregational Life Lead for British Columbia and the Western regions, is retiring from the Canadian Unitarian Council (CUC) in March 2023. She has provided strong support and encouragement to Unitarian Universalist communities during her 8.5 years serving the CUC.
