CUC Annual General Meeting 2025

The CUC’s Annual General Meeting brings together congregations and UUs to make decisions about matters that affect our collective national faith community.
This year, the AGM is held online and all are welcome to this free event. Participants and delegates will discuss and vote on the 2025-2026 budget and receive reports from task forces and committees.
There are no additional motions beyond the regular business and financial motions. For 2025, the Gradients of Agreement will be introduced as a decision-making tool.
Participating in the AGM:
- All participants – delegates and observers – will join the AGM via this Zoom link. You’ll need to register on the Zoom form, so please do this ahead of time. Please refer to the Voting and Participation Information document for full details.

- Voting and Participation Information
- AGM Rules of Procedure
- AGM Agenda
- Credentialing Information (how many delegates from each congregation and who can vote)
- Financial Documents, including Treasurer’s Report, Budget Narrative, Audited Financial Statements, Updated 2025 & 2026 Budget, Investment Income information
- Nominating Committee report
Delegates must have been registered by May 7th, 2025 in order for congregations to vote.
