Dismantling Barriers: Talking About Bylaws

Join us on March 27th at 7pm ET for an informal discussion with Camellia Jahanshahi about bylaws! Dismantling barriers to inclusion happens on so many levels; internal reflection, community action, protesting, and….policy making!

This session will be informed and supported by a Talking about Bylaws & Barriers to Inclusion guide for people to review so that we can discuss and collectively brainstorm and reflect on these issues. We’ll be using the CUC’s bylaws as an example of how and where we can reflect on what containers work for our faith and what we need to consider revising to be more inclusive.
