Ceremonies for the End of Life

Saturday, April 2, 2022 – 10 am PT | 11 am MT | 12 pm CT | 1 pm ET | 2 pm AT (4 hours – with breaks)

Sliding fee scale: $0 – $35 – $55 – $70

Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) is rapidly becoming a more common option for people as they make end of life decisions. Come join Amanda to learn more about the process, the emotional aspects and what to expect with this new type of end of life choice. We will gather on Zoom and create safe space to talk about what it is like to support a person who has chosen MAiD. Amanda will focus on providing the tools so that you will be prepared to journey with people through the whole MAiD process. We will also talk about selfcare and how we as Lay Chaplains get support while helping another through MAiD.

This training is suggested for Canadian Ministers, Lay Chaplains and Seminarians
