Fall Gathering 2025: The Harvest Table
From you I receive, to you I give
2025 Fall Gathering, November 21–23: Join us at The Harvest Table – where food, ideas, and collective imagination come together to nourish one another’s visions and discover what we can grow together.
FRIDAY NIGHT – A POTLUCK OF BELONGING
Kick off the weekend by gathering around a table – in your own home, with your UU community, or online with your CUC hosts. The night will include guided conversation as we enjoy food, connection, and reflection. We’ll also provide a few supports to help in organizing your own potlucks just in case you need it. Whether in person or virtual, this shared meal sets the stage for what comes next.
Gather with your local group at the local time or Zoom in at
4:00 pm PT | 5:00 pm MT | 6:00 pm CT | 7:00 pm ET | 8:00 pm AT | 8:30 pm NT
(90 mins) with CUC staff as your host for an evening of good food and meaningful
conversation.
SATURDAY – THE HARVEST OF IMAGINATION
Building on Friday’s spirit of reciprocity, we’ll imagine serving the wider world in big, bold ways and explore how communities can invest in one another. Whenever possible, we encourage in-person gatherings (satellites), as the programming deepens the connections made the night before.

SUNDAY NATIONAL SERVICE
We close with a national service, a livestream on the theme of ‘Turning Toward One Another,” lifting up our shared commitments and the power of coming together in our differences. In this service, led by Rev. Nicoline Guerrier and Camellia Jahanshahi, we invite you to come meet the moment with us to explore what solidarity in the face of collapse can really be and how our UU values help prepare us.
A coffee hour conversation will follow the service.

How to Participate in the 2025 Fall Gathering
This year, registrants will receive a detailed information packet in advance to prepare. In this packet you’ll find resources, reflection questions, and recipes for Friday, plus, creative activity outlines, more discussion prompts, an exploration of UU community archetypes, and reflection materials for Saturday.
There are two ways to join us this November 21–22:
- In-Person Satellites – Gather with others in your community to share meals, conversation, and the full weekend experience together.
- Online as an Individual – Join from home and connect virtually with participants across the country.
We encourage you to be with others in person for both days whenever possible. Whether you’re joining us online, part of an in-person satellite or hosting one, please register below so you have full access to information as it becomes available.
Would you like to host an in-person satellite group? Let us know in this Host Registration form. We’ll support you with a Host handbook on or before October 31st with a detailed schedule, tech tips, a potluck guide, and materials to print for participants. In the form, we will also ask if your group is private or open to other UUs in the area.
If you would like to be part of an in-person satellite, watch for information here for any host groups nearby that you might be able to join.
Would you like the Sunday Service materials ahead of time?
Is your congregation planning on using the national service for your own Sunday worship?
The full service (read the full service description here), as well as segments for use as best fits with your local congregational culture, will also be made available to congregations as a set of recordings – to use at your regular service time or during congregational gatherings, as you prefer. Please fill in this Sunday service materials form so that we can send you the service resources. The recording will be ready Monday, November 17, 2025.
