RAMP!
Reciprocal Annual Mentorship Program
(Regenerative • Adaptive • Multigenerational • Pathways)
March–June 2026
A National Learning Initiative

RAMP! is a four-month national initiative exploring how Unitarian Universalists across Canada can strengthen community life through skill-building, cross-generational exchange, and practical experimentation.
This year, RAMP! includes:
- A 12-person cross-generational Mentorship Cohort (pilot underway)
- A Public Workshop Series open to all
Together, these pathways form one shared learning journey.
Why RAMP! Exists
UU communities and individuals alike are navigating change- socially, financially, relationally, and spiritually.
Preparation is not about having perfect answers. It is about strengthening clarity, trust, and practical skills before change forces our hand.
RAMP! is one way we are practicing this work together.
Two Pathways:
A. Mentorship Cohort — Pilot in Progress
A diverse group of 12 participants from congregations across Canada is currently piloting RAMP!’s cross-generational mentorship model.
They are testing what reciprocal mentorship looks like in real UU communities, learning what works, what needs strengthening, and what could support congregations more widely in the future.
This pilot phase allows us to iterate carefully before offering the mentorship pathway more broadly.
B. Public Skill-Building Workshops — Open to All
If you are looking for practical tools, fresh perspective, and national connection, the Public Workshop Series is your entry point.
Some sessions focus on congregational leadership and innovation. Others, such as our March workshop, You Are Here, are equally valuable for individuals seeking clarity about their own context, capacity, and next steps.
Four free national workshops. Real skills. Real conversations. Real next steps.
March: Community Resources & Readiness
April: Economics & Sustainability
May: Conflict & Trauma-Informed Practice
June: Governance & Shared Leadership
