Social Media and Website Workshops for CUC Congregations in Two Parts

II: Wednesday, October 2 – 4:30 pm PT | 5:30 pm MT | 6:30 pm CT | 7:30 pm ET | 8:30 pm AT | 9:00 pm NT (2 hours) Note: this second part was originally scheduled for Oct 19
Join us for two engaging and practical workshops designed to help Canadian Unitarian Council (CUC) congregations enhance their online presence through effective social media and website management. These interactive workshops are ideal for members responsible for managing the congregation’s online platforms and will provide hands-on experience. Participants must have access to their social media accounts during the workshops. PARTICIPANTS MUST ATTEND BOTH WORKSHOPS.
This first session will cover the basics of social media and website management. Participants will learn how to write for their target audience, develop a social media strategy, and plan for their congregation. Building a team based on capacity and maintaining consistency will also be discussed.
The second session will address questions and challenges participants may have encountered while implementing the strategies discussed in the first session. The workshop will be divided into social media and website management.
