RAMP!  Reciprocal Annual Mentorship Program

March Session: You Are Here: Resources, Readiness, and Reality

Saturday, March 28, 2026 – 10:00 am PT |  11:00  am MT  |  12:00 pm CT | 1:00 pm  ET  | 2:00 pm  AT  | 3:00 pm NT (90 min)

“You Are Here: Resources, Readiness, and Reality” invites UU communities to pause, take stock, and get clear. Using the Intersectional Welcoming Guide and Community Archetypes Framework, this RAMP Public Skill-Building workshop supports honest resource and asset evaluation–helping communities understand where they are now so they can take next steps with intention. By learning how to assess resources and readiness together, this session prepares UU communities to engage meaningfully with April’s focus on social enterprise, property redevelopment, and sustainable economic futures.

Facilitated by Justice and Equity Team Amber Bellemare and Camellia Jahanshahi

The Reciprocal Annual Mentorship Program, or RAMP!, is a four-month national pilot program from March to June 2026 designed to grow leadership capacity, strengthen intergenerational relationships, and equip UUs with practical tools for building justice-centered, sustainable, relationally grounded communities.

Alongside a mentorship stream, RAMP! offers a monthly Skill-Building workshop stream open to everyone interested. These public workshops align with the program’s monthly themes and connect with other national programming such as Congregational Conversations and Dismantling Barriers.

March’s theme, Community Resources & Assets Evaluation, helps participants understand who their communities truly are – including strengths, gaps, needs, and the ecosystems they’re part of. By mapping assets and identities, teams gain the clarity needed to design solutions that are grounded, relational, and responsive to their neighborhoods.
