The CUC’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place on Friday, May 19th. It’s a time to attend to the business of the Council and a chance for congregations and their delegates and members to be involved in making decisions that affect our national faith community.

The AGM is open to all and free of charge, and observers may attend in-person or online. The AGM will be held on the campus of Algonquin College in Ottawa; Zoom will be used for virtual participants.

AGM information on motions, the agenda, financial reports, and rules of procedure can be found here. Please ask your delegates and members to become familiar with the motions and background reading prior to the AGM.

Delegate registration is now closed. Your congregation’s delegates must have been registered by May 1 in order for your congregation to have a vote.

*Please note that the registration form below is for all online attendees (delegates and observers) of the AGM. In-person delegates in Ottawa will check in at the delegate registration desk in the Atrium of the Robert C Gillett Commons Building.
