Why You’ll Love This Weekend

Because we grow stronger together.

The Fall Gathering 2025 offers a guided journey to help you and your community reconnect to your why, rediscover your strengths, and imagine what you can grow together.

Through shared meals, creative sessions, and a national service, you’ll leave renewed — with clarity, hope, and practical tools to carry forward.

Discover Your Community Archetype

Every vibrant community is a living ecosystem of personalities and gifts.

At The Harvest Table, you’ll uncover your Community Archetype — an engaging and insightful way to understand your natural tendencies when working within a community, like your UU one.

You’ll also explore other archetypes — how they differ, how they complement one another, and how, together, they form a healthy, thriving whole.

Why it matters:

  • See your own strengths and purpose more clearly
  • Understand how others show up and lead
  • Build trust, collaboration, and ease in your team or group
  • Develop a shared language to guide your community’s growth

Whether you’re part of a congregation, a social circle, or a small grassroots team, this process will help you know yourself and others better — and work together with renewed energy and compassion.

Discover who you are. Discover who we are.

Who This Gathering Is For

The Harvest Table is for everyone who believes community is something we grow together.

  • Congregational teams & leaders – Strengthen your “we.” Take this ready-made journey to reflect, dream, and build alignment for the year ahead.
  • Individuals & seekers – Find belonging, meaningful reflection, and UU values in action — wherever you are.
  • Community builders & friends of UU – Whether you’re rooted in another group, organization, or movement, come share stories and practices for how we build hope together.

Bring your board, your circle, your family, or simply your open heart.
You’ll leave nourished, inspired, and ready to help your community — any community — grow stronger together.
There’s a seat for you at the table.
