Children’s Registration – CUC National Conference 2021
Ages: Programming is available for ages 3-14. Read more on the CUC National Conference website.
Registration Deadline: Register by April 1 to receive our at-home package.
What if I miss the registration deadline? You can still register your children until May 9 but we will be unable to send a package. However, we can make a list available of what supplies you will need to participate in the at-home activities.
Fees: Children’s events are free to attend.
Special Forms Required: Parents must complete the Conference 2021 Children’s Registration below which includes a consent section.
Registering more than one child? Use one form for all your children.
What to expect after you register: You will receive a confirmation email with information about how to access the programs, including Zoom links. A package (one per family) will be sent if you have registered by the April 1 deadline.
