Canadian Unitarian Universalist Leadership (CUUL) School is an annual residential training program for current and emerging congregational leaders. The goal of the program is to meet the identified developmental needs of leaders and congregations, and to provide an enriched space to explore Canadian UU contextual theology, team dynamics and congregational wellness.
The program is delivered in an intentional religious and worshiping community and gives participants the opportunity to practice and reflect upon what is being taught.
The program’s content includes worship planning, Canadian UU history and contextual theology, group work, covenant groups, systems theory, size theory, conflict theory and communication. The program promotes congregational connections and a whole church perspective.
Check the CUC Calendar to see the dates and locations for our next sessions.
