CUUL School (Canadian Unitarian Universalist Leadership School) is Canada’s intensive residential leadership program for current and emerging leaders in CUC member congregations.
The goals are to:
- Meet the development needs of leaders and congregations, including work on Canadian UU contextual theology, team dynamics (type and temperament), and congregational wellness.
- Give participants an opportunity to work in a ‘team project laboratory,’ and reflect on group dynamics.
- Provide this programming in an intentional religious and worshipping community.
Participants must have congregational authorization, by phone or in writing. Many congregations split the cost of attendance with their selected participants.
