Exhibit spaces will be located a short walk from the
concurrent session rooms and cafeterias, in the vicinity
of the registration area and near where refreshments are
served at breaktimes.
The “open hours” for
exhibits this year will be:
- Friday 4:00 pm -7:30 pm.
- Saturday 10:00 am -9:30 pm.
- Sunday 10:00 am -7:00 pm.
- Monday 8:00 am -1:00 pm.
Notes to exhibitors: If you have not been to an
ACM before, please note that the traffic flow is “bursty”
rather than a steady flow, because most attendees are
attending sessions. For a sense of break times (which are
busiest for the exhibits) have a look at the schedule at
http://www.cuc.ca/conference/2009/schedule.htm. As
in previous years, a locked room will be provided for
overnight storage of valuables
and we suggest bringing sheets to cover the tables.
