Greening the evaluation process

Constructive feedback on your experience at the 2009 ACM is very important in our planning process for next year’s event. However, with several hundred Unitarians and Universalists likely to attend the 2009 ACM, we would like to limit the amount of paper used for evaluations, as well as reduce the amount of volunteer time required to process the feedback.

We offer the following options for providing post-conference feedback to the conference organizers:

A limited number of printed evaluation forms will be available for anyone that does not have access to a computer. Please only use the printed forms if you cannot access the on-line form.
